ajlis Pelancaran Program NILAM Peringkat SK Kuala Perlis telah diadakan pada hari Selasa, 18 Februari 2020, bertempat di dataran perhimpunan sekolah.
Perasmian program telah disempurnakan oleh Penolong Kanan 1, En. Zulkarnin Mat Nayan.
Antara acara yang diadakan sempena program tersebut adalah nyanyian lagu NILAM, penyerahan buku NILAM kepada wakil guru mengikut tahun serta penyerahan cenderahati kepada pengawas contoh.
