ajlis Tilawah Al-Quran dan Festival Nasyid Pendidikan Khas Negeri Perlis 2018 telah berlangsung pada 23 dan 26 Julai bertempat di SK Pendidikan Khas Perlis, Kangar, Perlis.
Program yang diadakan pada setiap tahun ini disertai oleh murid-murid Pendidikan Khas dari seluruh negeri Perlis.

SK Kuala Perlis telah muncul sebagai johan dalam acara Nasyid Kategori Sekolah Rendah dan Tilawah Al-Quran SK (P) serta menerima anugerah Solo Nasyid Terbaik dan Lirik Nasyid Terbaik.
Selain itu, para peserta yang mewakili SK Kuala Perlis turut berjaya mendapat naib johan dalam acara Tilawah Al-Quran SK (L) dan tempat ketiga dalam acara Azan serta Bercerita Kisah Nabi (P).
