ari Anugerah Cemerlang 2019 SK Kuala Perlis telah berlangsung pada 20 November 2019 bertempat di Dewan Terbuka SK Kuala Perlis.
Perasmian program telah disempurnakan oleh En. Mohd. Nazim Mohd. Noor, Ketua Pengarah Eksekutif Majlis Agama Islam Perlis (MAIPs) yang juga Imam Masjid Al Hussain Kuala Perlis.
HAC 2019 diadakan bagi memberikan pengiktirafan serta penghargaan kepada para murid yang telah mencatatkan keputusan cemerlang dalam bidang akademik, sahsiah dan dalam bidang-bidang lain yang dinilai.
Hari Anugerah Cemerlang 2019 juga merupakan majlis rasmi sekolah yang terakhir untuk Guru Besar SKKPs, En. Shamsul Ariffin Mohd. Diah. Beliau akan bertukar ke sekolah baharu tidak lama lagi.
